Bukh Aron (1923-2006)
Aron Bukh was born in the village of Berdichev, in the Zhitomir region of the Ukraine on 31st of March 1923.
1926 - His family moved to Moscow.
1937-1941 - He studied in the House of Art for Children of Soviet regions.
1941- 1944 - Worked in a defense factory in the city of Engels, in the Saratov region.
1944- 1945 - Visited K.F. Yuon's studio at the All-Union Central Committee of Professional Unions.
1947 - Graduated from the Moscow Art School in Memory of 1905, with honors, under the artist V.N. Baksheev.
Since 1948 - Participated in Moscow, republican and all-union art exhibitions.
Since 1959 - Member of the USSR Union of Artists.
Aron Bukh died in Moscow on February 21st, 2006.
The artist's work can be found in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Arkhangelsk Regional Museum of Fine Arts, the Victory Museum in Moscow and in private collections in Russia and abroad.
